These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the xVio platform and its family of applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ExonPro Innovations LLP ("ExonPro," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Part A: Platform Terms

This section applies to all xVio applications.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • ▸ You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • ▸ If using on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization
  • ▸ You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • ▸ You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service

2. Using the Service

Permitted Use

The Service is provided for legitimate business purposes as described in each app's addendum below.

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Upload malware or malicious content
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
  • Access accounts belonging to others
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures

3. Your Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload ("Your Content").

License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your content.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • ▸ Ensuring you have the right to upload the content
  • ▸ The accuracy and legality of your content
  • ▸ Complying with privacy laws regarding personal data in your content

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, software, and branding (including the xVio name and logo), is owned by ExonPro Innovations LLP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service.

5. Fees

Access to the Service may require a paid subscription through your organization. Your organization's agreement with ExonPro governs pricing and billing.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXONPRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • ▸ Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • ▸ Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

  • ▸ You may stop using the Service at any time
  • ▸ We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms
  • ▸ Your organization may terminate your access according to their policies
  • ▸ Upon termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy

9. General

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India

Disputes

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, then arbitration if necessary

Changes

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement

Part B: App-Specific Terms

xVio Scan

Document scanning and AI data extraction app

Permitted Use

xVio Scan is provided for:

  • ▸ Scanning and digitizing documents
  • ▸ Extracting data using AI processing
  • ▸ Exporting data to your organization's connected business systems

AI Processing Disclaimer

The AI-powered data extraction:

  • ▸ Provides best-effort extraction and may contain errors
  • ▸ Should be verified by humans for critical decisions
  • ▸ May not extract all fields from complex or low-quality documents

We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of extracted data. Accuracy depends on the quality, clarity, and format of source documents.

Your Documents

  • ▸ You retain ownership of all documents you upload
  • ▸ Your documents are NOT used to train AI models
  • ▸ Documents are processed according to your organization's retention settings

Your documents are never used to train AI models.
